VILLA LAPIDEA

Villa is only rented as a whole unit, from Saturday to Saturday. Minimum stay during the season is 7 days. Nonrefundable 25% deposit of the total rent should be paid within three days after reservation. The balance is to be paid not less than 4 weeks before arrival. Money is to be paid by electronic bank transfer or online. Final cleaning costs 200 EUR. All prices include 13% VAT.

A 500 EUR refundable security deposit will apply.
